Built to be accessible to as many people as possible.
Our commitment, the standards we target, and how to give us feedback.
Effective date: June 5, 2026
VCINC LLC is committed to digital accessibility. This statement applies to vcinc.io and the recruiting communications that support our staffing and consulting services.
Our commitment
VCINC is committed to making vcinc.io and our recruiting communications accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We aim to provide a website that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for everyone who interacts with us.
Standards we target
We aim to align vcinc.io with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA published by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative.
These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor disabilities.
What we work on
Semantic structure, descriptive page titles and headings, alt text on meaningful images, keyboard-operable navigation, sufficient color contrast, and consistent focus indicators.
Forms with associated labels, skip-to-content support, responsive layout for desktop and mobile, and motion that respects user preferences where appropriate.
Known limitations
Some content or features may not yet fully meet our target standards. As we identify issues, we prioritize fixes and roll improvements into ongoing releases.
If you encounter content that is difficult to access or use, please tell us using the contact details below so we can investigate.
Feedback and assistance
If you need information from vcinc.io in an alternative format, or if you experience an accessibility barrier, contact us. We will do our best to provide the information you need or to help you complete a task.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review our website over time, update components and content as we go, and incorporate feedback from users to improve the experience.
